We made a 70% Venezuelan dark chocolate anatomically correct heart. We filled it with tiny hearts made with rosemary infused 58% Madagascar chocolate and then topped them off with candied ginger. Each one comes with a handmade wooden mallet, so you can smash it all to bits! May this be the only heart you break on Valentine’s Day.
